How to edit or delete a member's workout plan

Update the exercises, sets or reps in a member's workout plan as they progress, or delete a plan they no longer need, from the Training tab.

As a member gets stronger you'll want to change their plan. Edits show up for the member as soon as you save.

Step by step

  1. Find the plan

    From My Members, click Body stats on the member's row, open Training, and scroll to Workout plans.

  2. Click Edit and make your changes

    Click Edit on the plan. In Edit workout plan, change any exercise, sets, reps or notes, add rows with Add exercise, then click Save plan.

  3. Or delete the plan

    In the same window, click Delete, then confirm with Delete plan.

If something goes wrong

Could not save the plan.
Check your connection and click Save plan again.
Add a plan title.
You cleared the title. Enter one before saving.

Common questions

Will the member see the old version?

No. They see the latest saved plan in Progress & Workouts.

Should I edit or create a new plan when they move up a stage?

Either works. Many trainers create a new plan per stage so the member can see how far they've come.
