Working hours tell Fitnexa when a trainer is available, so members can only book them when they're actually in. You can set them from the trainer's staff card or from the Schedule tab.

Step by step

  1. Open the Schedule tab and pick the trainer

Go to Schedule & Classes › Schedule and choose the trainer from the list (under Trainers). If they have no hours yet you'll see {name} has no working hours set… with a Set working hours button.
