How to create a coupon or discount code for your gym
Create a percentage or fixed-amount coupon code in Fitnexa Promotions, set usage limits and dates, and apply it to a member's invoice at the front desk.
Coupons let you run offers like DIWALI10 for 10% off or FRIEND500 for ₹500 off. You create the code once, and your team applies it when they create an invoice.
Step by step
Open Promotions
Click More, then Promotions under Sales. Stay on the Promotions tab and click New coupon.
In the Admin menu, open More, then select Promotions.

Set up the coupon
In Create coupon, enter the Code members will quote. Choose the Type — Percentage (%) or Fixed amount — then fill in Percent off or Amount off.
The rest is optional: a Min. invoice amount (optional), Max total uses (optional) for the whole center, a Per-member limit (optional), Starts (optional) and Expires (optional) dates, and a Description (optional) so staff know what it's for. Click Create coupon.
Apply it on an invoice
When a member quotes the code, type it into Coupon code in Create Invoice and click Apply. The discount is taken off the total.

Click Disable on a coupon's row to stop it being used. Click Enable to bring it back.
If something goes wrong
- Invalid coupon when applying the code
- Check the code is spelled the same, is enabled, has started and hasn't expired, hasn't hit its usage limits, and that the invoice is above the minimum amount.
Common questions
Can members apply a coupon themselves?
No. Members pay at your front desk, so your team applies the code on the invoice.
What's the difference between a coupon and an offer?
A coupon is a code your team applies on an invoice. An offer is an advert members see in their app under Offers. You can put a coupon code on an offer.
