How to publish offers and promo codes members see in the app

Add offers with a discount, promo code and end date in Promotions › Offers. Members see them under Offers in the Fitnexa app and redeem them at your front desk.

Offers are adverts for your members: a festival discount, a bring-a-friend deal, a supplement sale. They appear under Offers in your members' Fitnexa accounts with the promo code to quote at your desk.

Step by step

  1. Open Promotions › Offers

    Click More › Promotions and open the Offers tab. Click Add offer.

    In the Admin menu, open More, then select Promotions.

  2. Fill in the offer

    Enter an offer title (for example New Year 20% off), a Description, the % off, the Promo code members will quote and the Valid until date. Make sure it's ticked as active, then click Done.

  3. Save

    Click Save offers. Your offers go live for members straight away.

Common questions

How do members redeem an offer?

They show the promo code at your front desk. Your team applies it when creating the invoice.

Will members get a notification about a new offer?

Offers appear in their Offers page. To announce it, send an announcement from Notifications as well.
