How to sign out or unlock the Fitnexa check-in kiosk
Sign the kiosk out with the device password, or unlock Face ID PIN entry after too many wrong PINs, on the browser kiosk or the Fitnexa Kiosk app.
To stop someone signing the kiosk out by accident, both signing out and unlocking need the device password — the one used to sign the kiosk in.
Step by step
Sign the kiosk out
Tap Log Out in the top bar. In the browser kiosk you'll see Sign out this kiosk — Check-in stops until the device signs in again. Enter the device password. Type the Device password and tap Sign out.
In the Fitnexa Kiosk app, Log Out Device? asks you to confirm with Log this kiosk out, then enter the password and tap Log out.
Unlock Face ID PIN entry
After too many wrong Face ID PINs, the kiosk locks PIN entry and shows Front desk: unlock PIN entry. Tap it, open Unlock PIN entry, enter the device password and tap Unlock.
If something goes wrong
- Incorrect device password.
- Check with your admin — it's the device account password, not your own.
- Could not reach the server. Check the connection and try again.
- The kiosk is offline. Fix the Wi-Fi or network, then try again.
Common questions
Does signing out delete any Face IDs?
No. Faces stay registered. Check-in just stops until the kiosk signs in again.
