How to schedule a class or recurring session on Fitnexa
Create 1-on-1, group or open sessions: choose a trainer, time and duration, then run them on specific dates, a weekday each week or the whole month.
There are three kinds of session. 1-on-1 is one trainer with one member. Group is a trainer with members you pick. Open is a class members book themselves, up to a seat limit.
Step by step
Open Classes and click Create session
Click Schedule & Classes in the sidebar, then the Classes tab, then Create session.
In the Admin menu, select Schedule & Classes.

Choose the type and fill in the details
Click 1-on-1, Group or Open. Enter a Title, and optionally a Description. Pick a Trainer (or leave Unassigned), a Service if needed, the Start time and Duration (30, 45, 60, 90 or 120 min).
For Open sessions set Capacity (seats). For 1-on-1 and Group, choose the Member(s).

Under When does it run? choose Specific dates (pick a date and click Add for each), Weekday (pick a month and a weekday, e.g. every Monday in October), or Whole month. Then save.

If something goes wrong
- Give the session a title.
- Fill in Title.
- Pick at least one member.
- 1-on-1 and Group sessions need members chosen under Member(s).
- Pick which service this session is for.
- Your booking settings require a service on every session. Choose one in Service.
- Add at least one date.
- With Specific dates, pick a date and click Add.
- Pick a month.
- With Weekday or Whole month, choose the month.
Common questions
Can members book group classes themselves?
Yes — make it an Open session and make sure member self-booking is on in Settings › Booking.
Where do I see all sessions at once?
Use the Calendar view on the Classes tab, or the Schedule tab for one trainer's month.
