A day with Fitnexa
Saturday is the busiest day. The 9 AM under-6s batch, the 10 AM 7-to-10 group and the 11:30 AM pre-teens each have their own coach and a capacity of 15. When the 10 AM batch fills, the next booking goes onto the waitlist and is promoted if a family cancels, so the hall is never overcrowded and the coach isn't guessing numbers.
Children are checked in at the desk by member code or with the QR code on a parent's phone. Coaches open their portal to see today's list and mark who has moved up a stage in the agility programme. Parents who have the member login can see that step in the app, alongside the batch timings and invoices.
On Monday the owner looks at pending balances for the new term. Automatic email reminders have gone to the families still due, and the desk records the UPI and cash payments that come in during the week. A broadcast about the Diwali break goes to every member in one go, and those days are added as blackout dates on the schedule.
