Staff, trainers & permissions

Inviting your team, assigning roles and controlling what each role can do.

Your team Roles & permissions

Your team

How to add staff and trainers to your gym on FitnexaInvite front-desk staff, trainers and other admins by email from Members & Staff › Staff. They accept the invite and sign in with their own account.
How to change a staff member's role, deactivate or remove themChange a team member's name or role, suspend their access when they're on leave, or remove them when they leave your gym — all from the Staff tab.
How to transfer ownership of your fitness center on FitnexaHand the primary owner account to another admin: choose them, type your center's name to confirm and send the offer. Ownership moves only when they accept.

Roles & permissions

How to control what staff and trainers can see and doSee what the built-in Staff and Trainer roles can do by default, and untick capabilities to restrict them — for example hiding invoices from the front desk.
