How to create a training program with stages on Fitnexa

Build a structured program such as a 12-week fat-loss plan, with named stages and goals. Trainers enrol members and move them through each stage.

A training program is a journey split into stages — for example Foundation, Build and Peak. Trainers enrol members, and members see which stage they're on in the Fitnexa app.

Step by step

  1. Open the Programs tab

    Go to More › Plans and Programs, click the Programs tab, then New program.

  2. Name it and add stages

    Enter a Program name. Service / category (optional) and Description (optional) help members understand it. Under Stages, give each stage a name and an objective. Click Add stage for more, and use the arrows to reorder.

  3. Save and enrol members

    Click Save program. To enrol someone, open their profile, go to the Training tab and click Enroll.

If something goes wrong

Program name is required.
Give the program a name.
Add at least one stage.
Click Add stage and fill in at least one stage.

Common questions

Who moves members to the next stage?

Their trainer (or an admin), from the member's Training tab. When they finish, click Mark program complete.
