How to estimate monthly revenue from your gym's membership plans

Use Simulate Pricing on the Plans tab to see how much your plans would earn at a given number of members — handy before changing prices or running an offer.

Simulate Pricing is a quick what-if calculator. Enter a member count and it estimates the revenue your current plans would bring in.

Step by step

  1. Open the Plans tab

    Go to More › Plans and Programs. The Plans tab shows Total Plans, Active Members, Guest Pass Plans and Freeze-Enabled.

  2. Click Simulate Pricing

    In Simulate Revenue, enter a Simulated member count — say, the members you hope to have by next quarter. The table shows each Plan, its Unit Price and the Gross Revenue it would bring in.

Common questions

Does simulating change my prices?

No. It's only a calculation. Your plans don't change until you edit them.
