How to see which members are assigned to you on Fitnexa
Open My Members to see every member your center has assigned to you, their status and since when, and how new assignments reach you.
Your center's admin assigns you to members, service by service, from each member's profile. Everyone assigned to you appears in My Members.
When you're assigned to someone new, you also get an in-app reminder.
Step by step
Open My Members
Click My Members in the left-hand menu, or tap the My Members tab in the app. The page is headed Assigned Members.
In the Trainer menu, select My Members.
Read the summary cards
Total Assignments counts everyone you've ever been assigned. Currently Active is who you're training now. Completed is assignments that have ended.

Each row shows the member's Code, Name, Email, Member Status and Since (when you were assigned). Click Body stats to open their record.

If something goes wrong
- A member I train isn't in the list
- They haven't been assigned to you yet. Ask your admin to add you as their trainer on the member's profile under Services & Training.
- A member shows EXPIRED
- Their membership has run out. They stay on your list, but the front desk needs to renew them before they can book.
Common questions
How will I know when someone new is assigned to me?
You get an in-app reminder, and the member appears in My Members straight away.
Can I assign myself to a member?
No. Assignments are made by your center's admin.
