How to install the Fitnexa app and find your way around it

Get the Fitnexa app from your phone's app store, sign in with your password or an email code, and learn what each tab at the bottom of the screen does.

The Fitnexa app puts your check-in pass, bookings, progress and messages on your phone. It uses the same account as the website, so everything you do in one shows up in the other.

Step by step

  1. Install the app

    Open your phone's app store (Google Play on Android, the App Store on iPhone), search for Fitnexa and install it.

  2. Go through the short intro

    The first time you open the app, a few screens explain what it does. Tap Next to move through them and Get Started at the end, or tap Skip to go straight to sign-in.

  3. Sign in

    On Sign in, enter your email and password and tap Sign In. Prefer not to type a password? Tap Use a one-time code instead, enter the 6-digit code we email you and tap Verify & Sign In.

  4. Get to know the tabs

    Home shows a greeting (Hi, Rahul), your Check-in pass card and your Upcoming Classes. Find Centers lets you search for a gym. My Centers lists the centers you belong to. Messages holds your chats. More has your My Stats, Billing, Offers, Notifications, Profile and Help.

    Tap a center in My Centers to go inside it. The tabs change to Home, Book, Progress, My Stats and More for that center.

If something goes wrong

Could not reach the server. Check your connection and try again.
Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data, then try again.
I can't change my name or password in the app
Those settings are on the website only. Sign in at fitnexa.io and open Profile.

Common questions

Is the Fitnexa app free?

Yes. The app is free to download and use. Your membership fees are paid to your fitness center.

Can I use the same account on the website and the app?

Yes. It's one account. Bookings, stats and messages stay in sync between the two.
