Why isn't the Face ID kiosk at my gym recognising me?
Face ID kiosk says Not Recognized, No Face Detected or Awaiting Approval? Here's what each Fitnexa kiosk message means and how to check in successfully.
The kiosk tells you why it couldn't check you in. Most problems are fixed by standing alone, facing the camera in good light — the rest need a quick word with the front desk.
