Suggest a change, and let the people using Fitnexa decide
Anyone using Fitnexa can suggest how it should change. Other users vote on the suggestion, and when 80% are in favour it is accepted and our team builds it.
Suggestions come from the people doing the work
The owner closing the books, the front-desk staff checking members in at six in the morning, the trainer planning sessions and the member booking a class all see things we do not. Every one of them can suggest a change from Feedback & Review, inside the web app and the mobile app.
A suggestion is a short title and a description of what should change and what it would make easier. It is tied to the person's account and role, so our team knows whether it came from an owner, a trainer or a member without asking.
Other users vote, and 80% in favour means it gets built
A suggestion does not go into a private backlog to be forgotten. It goes to a vote among the people using Fitnexa. When 80% of the votes cast are in favour, the change is accepted, and the Fitnexa team builds it.
The threshold is deliberately high. A change that four out of five users want is one that makes the product better for most fitness centers, not only the one that asked loudest. Suggestions that split opinion stay where they are until they are refined into something more people want.
One clear answer, no endless thread
Every suggestion gets an outcome, accepted, implemented or not going ahead, and one reply from the Fitnexa team explaining it. There is no back and forth: the reply is the answer, written once and written properly.
The person who made the suggestion follows it in the app. They can see when it moves from waiting to accepted, and again when it ships, without emailing anyone to ask.
Reviews, whenever you want to leave one
Alongside suggestions, anyone using Fitnexa can review it at any time: a star rating and a few words on what it is like to use. The Fitnexa team reads every review and can reply once, privately, to the person who wrote it.
A review only appears on the Fitnexa website after our team approves it, and the writer can edit or remove it whenever they like. Editing takes it off the website until the new wording is approved, so nothing appears under a person's name that they did not say.
Tracked in one place on both sides
Users see their suggestions, reviews, outcomes and replies in Feedback & Review. On our side, the same suggestions and reviews arrive in one queue, answered by the people on our team who hold the permission to reply, so every answer comes from someone accountable for it.
