How to sell products and add-ons with the Fitnexa POS

Sell supplements, drinks and add-ons at the counter with the Point of Sale in the Fitnexa app — or from the website with an Inventory invoice.

The Point of Sale in the Fitnexa app is the quickest way to sell things over the counter: protein shakes, water, towels or add-ons. It takes items from your center's inventory and updates the stock.

On the website there's no separate POS screen — create an Inventory invoice instead (see the last step).

Step by step

  1. Open POS in the app

    Tap More at the bottom, then POS under Finance. The Point of Sale screen opens — Sell products & add-ons.

  2. Add items

    Each product shows its price and stock, like ₹150 · 24 in stock. Tap Add, then use − and + to change the quantity.

  3. Tap Charge

    The bottom button shows the total, for example Charge ₹330 · 3 items. Tap it to create the order. You'll see Order created.

  4. On the website: create an Inventory invoice

    Go to Invoices › Create Invoice, choose Inventory — sell a product, leave the member as Walk-in / none if it's a non-member, click + Inventory item… for each product, and create the invoice with the payment.

If something goes wrong

No products
Your center hasn't added any inventory items yet. Ask your admin to add them in Inventory & Assets.
Order failed
Check your internet connection and try again. If an item just sold out, lower its quantity.
I don't see POS under More
Your role needs the Use POS permission.

Common questions

Does the POS reduce stock?

Yes. Each sale takes the items out of your center's inventory count.

Can I sell to someone who isn't a member?

Yes. On the website choose Walk-in / none as the member on an Inventory invoice.
