Your training journey shows the program your trainer enrolled you in, the stages ahead and where you are now. Learn how stages work and who moves you on.

Some centers run structured programs — for example a 12-week fat-loss program in four stages. Your trainer enrols you and moves you through the stages as you progress.

Where to find it

On your Home page, Your Programs shows each program with its Current stage and Stage N of M — for example Stage 2 of 4. This appears once your trainer sets your stage.

For the full picture, open your center and click Training › Training Journey (in the app: the Training tab › Training Journey).

In the Peak Performance Gym menu, select Training.

Reading the journey

The top shows how far you are, for example 2 of 4 stages. Stages you've finished are marked Completed, and your current one is marked You are here. Later stages show what's coming next.

How you move to the next stage

Your trainer decides when you're ready and moves you on. Your workout plan under Progress & Workouts usually changes with each stage.
