How to cancel or reschedule a gym session you booked

Cancel a class or trainer session, or move it to another time, from Book a Session on the website or the Booked tab in the Fitnexa app.

Plans change. You can cancel a session you booked yourself, or move it to another session without losing your current seat until the new one is confirmed.

Step by step

  1. Open Book a Session

    Go to My Centers, click Enter center →, then click Book a Session. Your bookings are listed under My Upcoming Sessions at the top.

    In the Peak Performance Gym menu, select Book a Session.

  2. Move a booking to another session

    Click the move icon on the booking (it says Move to another session when you hover). Move booking lists the other open sessions with the seats left — click the one you want. Your current seat is only released once the new one is confirmed.

  3. Or cancel it

    Click Cancel on the booking. For a class seat you'll see Cancel this booking? — click Cancel booking. For a time you booked with a trainer you'll see Cancel this session? — click Cancel session, and the slot goes back to the trainer's availability.

    Your seat is released straight away, and it may be taken before you can book again.

  4. In the app

    Open your center, tap the Book tab and then Booked. Tap Move or Cancel on a session. When asked, tap Cancel booking — or Keep it if you change your mind. You'll see Booking moved after a move.

If something goes wrong

There's no Cancel or move button on my booking
It's marked Booked for you, so your center made it. Ask the front desk or your trainer to change it — or message them from Messages.
It won't let me cancel close to the start time
Your center has a cancellation cut-off. Contact the front desk directly.
No other sessions are open right now.
There's nothing to move to at the moment. Keep your booking, or cancel it and book again later.
Session is full when moving
Pick another session, or join its waitlist from Book a Session.

Common questions

Will I be charged if I cancel?

Fitnexa doesn't charge for cancellations. Some centers have their own rules — check with your front desk.

If I cancel, can I get my seat back?

Only if it's still free. Your seat is released straight away and someone else may book it.
