You are a member of a centre
Anything about your membership, your bookings, your payments or your check-ins is held by your fitness centre, not by us — they can act on it immediately and we cannot. Ask them first. If you cannot reach them, or something in the app itself is broken, write to us.
Privacy, your data, or a grievance
Access, correction, deletion, or withdrawing consent for face recognition — and where to escalate if you are unhappy with how a request was handled. Your centre can usually act faster, but this address reaches us directly and every request is logged.
